TOMORROW FOCUS AG is buying, as a capital increase, 51 percent of the Münich based jameda GmbH which operates the health and medical portal jameda.de - FOCUS Magazin Verlag GmbH is acquiring a further 19 percent. TOMORROW FOCUS AG is overtaking the marketing of the website.
The publicly traded TOMORROW FOCUS AG, Munich is an independent, broad-based internet media company with Hubert Burda Media GmbH & Co KG as its main shareholder.
