January 2010 - New Marketing Joint Venture AdAudience
The New Marketing Joint Venture between G+J Electronic Media Sales (EMS), IP Deutschland, SevenOne Media and TOMORROW FOCUS is soon to start under the name "AdAudience". The four companies each have an equal share in the Düsseldorf-based Limited Liability Company. Frank Herold shall be the CEO of AdAudience, having been Sales Director in the Interactive sphere for IP Deutschland until now.
The stock market listed TOMORROW FOCUS AG, Munich, is an independent, broad-based internet media group with Hubert Burda Media GmbH & Co KG as its main shareholders.
